For all my complaining....

This cartoon from Sir Monocle made me laugh, but for all my complaining, I want to make it clear that not only do I NOT have all the people depicted herein, it has left out the beautiful-voiced, highly musical singer who never asks for a solo but without whom the section wold be lost, the chorister who climbs the three flights every rehearsal and Mass with nary a complaint about his sciatica, the long-time member who unheralded makes and distributes contact sheets and email lists for staying in touch, and the tenor who knows a certain anthme might fall apart without him and when he is called in to work on a Sunday morning takes his break to rush to the loft and then rushes back to work, the singer who insists when gas is pushing five dollars a gallon on driving anyone who wants to go anywhere and after a jaunt in to a sacred music concert in the "big city" also picks up the tab for the whole choir at for coffee and pie at the diner, and the soprano who declares, "I don't care if it takes us three years to learn this Monteverdi, we are going to sing it for you!"....
"For" me. That is really what they mean.

Sounds like you've got some pretty marvelous choristers there. Be nice to them! :)
