Finding it easier to both focus on what is needful to attain joyfulness and indulge in true happiness and real pleasure simply by being mindful.
Having what you need is a far greater luxury than having what someone else wants you to want.
(Having said that, if you actually DO want what society/advertising/your neighbor wants you to want -- you might be amazed at how many retailers price match.)
