Odd inaccuracy about the Moto Proprio

Sometimes a misinterpretation seems not so much a result of incorrect emphasis as a deliberate juxtaposition of ones own thought with a quote from an authoritative source, in a manner meant to imply that the quote somehow supports ones contention.
At that point, the willful misinterpretation becomes a lie.
(One might almost call it a Wie Wisped about Witurgy)

Chiding both sides in the furious debate over the wider availability of the 1962 Missal for voicing “very divergent reactions ranging from joyful acceptance to harsh opposition, about a plan whose contents were in reality unknown,” according to an advance copy of the documents obtained exclusively by [the blogger almost giddy with excitement at his "scoop"], Benedict yields a clear verdict as the “fruit of much reflection, numerous consultations and prayer.”
Nothing in the quote, or anywhere else in either document could possibly be construed as "chiding" those who were eager for the motu proprio.
