St. Conleth’s Catholic Heritage Association, an Irish organization that promotes the rich liturgical heritage of the Catholic Church has a blog.
I remember, (this is gong back ten years, mind you,) being disappointed in the Liturgies I intended, but impressed with the participation, and attendance in Irish Churches.
Weekday Mass crowds seem large and the involvement of the people intense.
Not in the everybody-get-into-the-act-and-run-around-performing-liturgical-"ministries" kind of way so often promoted here, but in vocal responses and a fervent attention to the actions of the celebrants, from the pew.

Dear Scelata,
Thanks very much for the 'honourable mention'. I think you'll find Ireland much changed but not entirely so.
However, we're still trying to fly the flag.
God bless you!
