Well, that's not true, it has nothing to do with female employees being in less demand when they get older.
But this is unbelievably creepy.
Seriously, if they are really looking out for their employees' quality of live, why bother with eggs? why not let them get pregnant the old fashioned, fun way, then remove the "products of conception," (that's "unborn baby" to us old fogies,) and freeze him or her, until pregnancy is convenient?
